My annual income as an artist is less than $80,000/yr (does not include full-time or part-time income unrelated to being an artist)

I have experience and am comfortable painting/finishing on wood panel

I can pickup the panel that will be used for painting on and arrange for delivery of my finished piece to downtown Vancouver or Langley 

My proposal will use the Triptych wood panel provided as a canvas. Measurements: when closed:  H: 18" x L: 15" / when open:  H:18" x L: 30"

I’m applying as an individual (not a group)

If selected, I will create a new original art for this commission

I can complete the work within 2 months of being selected

If selected, I’ll provide a headshot, bio, and short artist statement (100–500 words)

If selected, I agree to allow my headshot, to be share on The Piccolo Galleries Social media. 

$500 (standard Piccolo commission amount)

$600 (option to request and for more complex work)

$700 (option to request and for more complex work)

$800 (option to request and for more complex work)

I understand that the $10 application fee is non-refundable, even if my submission is not selected for a commission.
